OEM Dash from my Z4M (w/nav opening)
Z4 OEM Dash For Sale (for use with navigation) I removed my entire stereo/negation system in my 2006 M coupe and replaced the dash cover with the standard non-nav cover. The dash is in great condition with no damage; several photos are included to show the condition. I removed the dash following the BMW TIS step by step. I have attached photos of the box I am using for shipping. It is the same box that my new dash came in all the way from the East Coast. The box is 58x22x16 and the total package weight is 28.8 pounds. Shipping from the East Coast to AZ cost me $215.00 A new dash retails for $1200.00 to $1500 + shipping depending on where you buy. I am giving this away @ $300 + PayPal and shipping.

crfine, you are a nut job to say the least! Lol
How much weight did you save by removing all the electronics? I just had my car corner balanced the other day and I never realized what a heavy pig it is! 3351 lbs! Seems like with all the lightweight mods you doing, you should be able to get her to around 3000. That would be my ideal. GLWS, as always you parts are immaculate! |

For $300 bucks you should buy it! CF dash would be hawt, I'd probably buy one. For some reason the material the dash is made out of is impossible to clean.

Thanks for bumping the sale guys. If this thing does not sell here, there is always eBay. The post gets first crack at it though

The stereo/nav system was in the ballpark of 45lbs and the bulkhead/trim was around 60lbs The cage/rollbar I am putting in will be around 35lbs

It took me a little under 4 hours the first time. I just followed the BMW TIS which is a little lacking, but easy enough to fill in the blanks

The bigger question here is...." Does our market warrant this Nav dash to be molded for CF construction ?". I'm not sure it does.....perhaps a non-Nav dash might...a person could always prep it to be a Nav dash afterward or leave as is. |
