Painting rotors

I painted my calipers red on my silver 04 z4 , it has black rims , I was thinking about painting the rotors silver . Any suggestions on what color I should paint the rotors ?

I think a picture with an arrow pointing to what you are talking about would help out.

I think he means the wheel hub. Seems like a lot of work to me for something that isn't very visible but to each their own.

Subtle colors like black or silver is nice I think, in some cases gold works nice as well. But red, yellow, blue and so on look a bit tacky.

Agreed. A light grey or aluminum probably looks like a new, clean caliper, which would be my choice. Mine are stained and dirty and wheel cleaner doesn't help very much at all.

Oh man! I hope you masked out the Braking ares and also the wheel interface.
What kind of paint did you use? I hope high temperature because the rotors get really really HOT.

If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."
