Painting rotors
I painted my calipers red on my silver 04 z4 , it has black rims , I was thinking about painting the rotors silver . Any suggestions on what color I should paint the rotors ?

Agreed. A light grey or aluminum probably looks like a new, clean caliper, which would be my choice. Mine are stained and dirty and wheel cleaner doesn't help very much at all.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."
