I'm going to put 500 miles out there as the for sure amount.

It depends a lot on how you drive, more idling and cruising rack up more cat monitoring time then lots off acceleration.

You nailed it. Right at about 450 miles the "SES" light popped on. Ill get to Autozone after work tomorrow and hopefully get them to read the code(s).

Yup, just let me know, if they are the ones I think I'll send you something out to try and correct it ASAP, otherwise we'll just trouble shoot what else it might be.

I recommend you don't install those until you get your engine issue worked out so they can't try and pin the check engine lights, weird noises, etc.. on you. Headers WILL void the warranty.

After the fix, I'm still getting the same SES codes at least it's a code that doesn't affect performance or mileage.

Yea they aren't for sale till this is worked out. It's a code that was on my car but I thought was related to something else and really shouldn't be related and is very infrequent on mine.

Been waiting on a part. Adding to the insult is that I still haven't gotten it to come back up so it's damn near impossible for me to know for sure if it'll help.

In the meantime I offered anyone with the issue a refund if they desire.

I wouldn't say it doesn't work, it works, they are running correctly without an ultra rich condition and such, just the ses light is on for another reason they doesn't effect anything. It's unacceptable, but wouldn't say it doesn't work.

The SES light is related to your sim?

If so do you know how to rectify it for future purchases?
Headers still on my to-do list

It is, but at the same time is unrelated, I'm working on making it go away.

O-cha, any updates on this? I'm very interested!

I have gathered that, as of now, your sim makes the car run like it is supposed to with the headers, but it still has an SES light. Thank you for offering an alternative to a $1000 tune!

His shop is sending me a new sim, once I have it I'll be putting a bunch of miles on it in no time. I'll let you know how it goes.

For those who want to relocate their O2 sensors, it does work. It is an option to this.
So far no more CEL. More than 5000 miles since the relocation.
Key is not to cut your o2 wires, just unfold them.

So in theory one could plugged the secondary 02 bungs on the headers and then relocate to the sec cats? I know this doesnt apply to your equipment since you have euro cats. I think I have mine straightened out but may have to go this route, Just because of SES light. Car seems to be running well.

Unless I missed something recent;
Kav welded bungs into his exhaust pipes after the sec cats (N.Amer)
