hows the occupancy emulator going? still good? one question i have, if you don't mind is how you have the stock seatbelt receptacle mounted and how do you buckle up the seat belt? do you have the receptacle coming into the seat through the side hole, or something else. would love a pic or 2

Thats great mate, very cool. Hey question, is it not possible to just get the VAC 90 degree side mounts and mount them directly to the floor and then the chairs to them? Why the need for the ground adaptor, unless you have bottom mount seats ofcourse.. looking to order a few bits and pieces today. Also regarding no running sliders, you think this would be an issue with clearance at the rear of the seat base? Looking to sit lower than stock as I am rather tall at 6,1..

I don't think the VAC side mount holes are same size as the factory studs on the floor. Not to mention you'd have no adjustability so even if you got it work you'd have to use that one seating position (distance). The Swiss cheese pattern on the floor mounts is what let's you play with the right seating position.

If you're worried about height just don't get any sliders and choose the lowest seating position on the side mounts (there's 2 if not 3 vertical holes on most side mounts).

If you’re asking did I confirm if the airbag would ever deploy, fortunately/unfortunately no I never had chance to test it out lol.

Glad to hear that. Ultimately asking if you can still toggle the airbag on/off with an emulator in place, using the factory key and airbag off (child seat) mode?

Don’t have the car anymore but I recall the key still being able to enable/disable the airbag.
