BMW CCA Club Racing Z4 M Coupe

I have never seen one before but can you use a Z4 M Coupe for club racing?

The field seems full of E30 E36 and E46 cars can we use an M Coupe>?

Rules say yes. Also shows your in class competition.

Take a look at page 97.

Whether or not it's a good idea, I'll leave to others.

If you are looking at the lbs/bhp and class, the e46 M3 at 10.26 lbs/bhp is running in H class, while the Z4MC is at 9.79 but in the G class with cars running 8.95 lbs/bhp. Seems that you are already at a disadvantage.

Looks like the only cars that have a better power to weight are the E90/92 and the Z8. not that I see too many people club racing the Z8

You can also race the Z4M in SCCA T2 class and NASA GTS. Haven't seen any in NASA yet but a couple in SCCA
