Need help identifying an interior part that went missing

Hi,

Can you help me identify this part and the part no.? Its the piece that keeps the seatbelt in the seatbelt guide groove. My car is a 06 Z4M. Appreciate your help!

I've always wondered how to remove that piece. I've tried to no avail and didn't want to force it. Anyone know how?
