When I saw the door and back open I thought he was going to wash directly in it like the video of the Merc. owner that decided to spray into the car:

I bet you the guy probably didn't get much water into the car at all. He looks like he knows what he is doing. Most people and places skip the door jambs.

Probably a rental and he was trying to destroy the evidence after whacking some guy in the car......he didn't want to pay a fee for returning the car with stains on the seats and carpet and a strange odor in the interior. I surprised the moron didn't hose down the trunk as well.
