DISA Valve Failure. With a video :)

Hi guys,

So, I've been experiecing a lot of sputtering, random misfire codes, and low gas mileage.

I pulled over to the side of the highway and noticed that the sound was coming from the DISA valve. $400 and 10 minutes later, we're back in business.

VERY easy to replace. Remove intake boot. Unplug the DISA valve connector. Remove two T40 (torx) screws, and pull the DISA valve. Reverse to install. SUPER easy. 1/10

Here is a video of the old DISA valve and the new one. Just so you guys know what it's meant to be like. DISA valves are common to fail on our Zeds.
