I think the factory warranty is almost up.

I just bought it form Rusnak in October of 09, had 15k on it.
cant afford to keep it with two kids on the way. and I need something with rear seats.

I have decided to include the $3000, 4 year 48,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty through Fidelity. This was bought with the car in October of 09 so its a new warranty. Civers everything electronics, power train etc..
This makes the price firm at $31k.

I guess thats one way of looking at it.
I bought the warranty through the BMW dealer but its with Fidelity.
Care Free Car Protection, Platinum plan.
The warranty work can be done by a BMW certified mechanic or the dealer.
Not likely that this car will need anything though, but its nice to have the piece of mind.
