It will. I received mine nicely wrapped and protected. They built a custom box and wrapped it with thick foam sheets.

Unlike some of the CF piece that's a copy of some existing design of OEM/GRP/FRP piece, the development cost is almost next to none. When a piece like this that's developed from the ground up. These are the stages that we've gone through:

This is the back end of the spoiler to ensure maximum surface to mount onto the trunk and it's form fitting to the most complex contour piece of a Z4 roadster. The fitment is spot on and most the pictures posted are without the spoiler mounted. It just rested on top of the trunk since I haven't decided if I want to paint match the top part of the spoiler or not.

The closed off design is for the ease of installation, longevity on the carbon finish and to keep the moisture out. I didn't like some CF pieces that's hollow on the back side. It's hard to install and fitment will be off from car to car. I thoroughly enjoyed this project and had a lot of fun!

I think this has probably the most pictures to show case a single piece of spoiler compared to all other spoilers on the market. I'll keep digging for more photos without being repetitive.

It's just interesting to see the stats regarding the colour of the roadsters out there. When GB closes, it's easier for me to organise and distinguish each participant when there's more info.

I'll be asking for pictures of the install with all different colour roadster with a CF spoiler if anybody is inclined to post.

Will be happy to post, but it's put away for the winter. I have already called Autometric and spoke with them about the removal of the OEM spoiler and the attachment of the new one. Will post next Spring.

id like to bond it but i think i need to accept this new double sided 3m stuff its the business and will allow me to revert back to stock painlessly if needed in the future.

The OEM spoiler was on the car when I bought it, so I have no idea how it was attached. I googled and it appears that many owners glued it on...

I'm hoping mine was just taped on, but to answer your question after this long convoluted answer, I plan on using the double sided 3M tape.
