Updated! Installed 3rd brake light decal :)

Got it installed, what do you guys think? I like it personally, though I do have a feeling I will take it off eventually haha. But pretty good for $10CAD.

Final Product:

The Simple Process

Original Post:

I need your opinion on this. I ordered this a few days ago and it came within 2 days from the States which is amazing!

It was only a tenner and very trivial. What do you guys think? Should I? Should I not?

Here is what it will look like:

Vote for no. Stay away from all the spray paint, stickers, vinyl, and all that crap. You don't drive a Honda...

I'm against stickers too but that's pretty subtle. I'd say go for it.

Thanks for the feedback guys!

Please don't mind me if I silently update the OP with the voting tabulation. I want to keep my post count low on my own threads and refrain from chiming in after each post.

Normally not a fan of stuff like that but it looks okay. Any pics with it on and lights off?

You should be able to add a poll to your thread. Might need more posts though. Not sure.

on that TiAg it's a bit rice, but on your TolBlau it might blend in nicely.

i say install it, post pics, and set up a real poll to gauge interest.

These things look a bit childish to me; something that a 18 year old would like I think.
It's a brake light... the black foldable hood is obvious enough that it's a roadster.

On the other hand: it's your car, so the important thing is that you do what you like. What we like and think is not important.

Noted. Thanks Mirko. And thanks again (for the billionth time) v3.2mc!

Will install it in the morning and take pics using a proper camera instead of my Blackberry.

Edit: Updated thread with poll

You do have a point. I guess I'm trying to differentiate myself from the others with the subtle things.

Understood . I do agree with both of you. However, I am not going all out with windshield decals, and flames on the body lol. I agree with you 100% but I guess not on this one. To each their own . Your input is not ignored, thank you for the feedback.

I anticipate both negative and positive feedback. And I'm glad people give reasons behind their opinion rather than a 'yes' or a 'no'.

Thanks everyone

I kinda liked the pictures you have there but I also understand the negative comments as well. You already bought it. Might as well try it for a while. See if you like it. If you get tired of it, use some 3M Adhesive Remover and take it off.

I really don't have an opinion on how it looks one way or the other. I'm of the opinion, that it's your car, and you should do what you like with it.

That said, I so have a functional comment. It's a very small and low car, and people of hard time seeing it as it is. So, if this cuts the amount of light from the brake light, it's not a mod that I think is a good idea. You'll have to be the judge of that since it's really hard to tell from photos.

Great point. I was thinking the same.

It's 5am right now, I will start working on my car soon (I have other things I would like to do with it/experiment)

I will update this thread with pics/videos once it's on

after seeing this installed in your other thread i've decided i like it, but only if the "z4" is ditched. with both of them there it's a bit busy.

so chose... either "z4" or "roadster", just not both.

Nismo badges, VTec decal on the fender, and fuzzy dice

lol :P I think it's subtle enough. Most people who are not that familiar with a z4 don't look at it as a "sticker". They think it looks OE.

Oh well; I think it looks decent. Besides, it is 100% removable if/when I change my mind

On a side note: Is it possible to take off the center caps without actually taking off the wheels?
