Fattest Tires someones fit in rear ?

Hey guys,

picking up new tires soon, and i like going wide.

Currently have 275s wrapped in the rear with a 15mm spacer, wondering whats the widest someones gone without having to roll their fenders? and with rolling?

Rims r 10in in the rear incase someones wondering

Want to know to determine how wide I can go.

Thanks guys

Merry Christmas

you might be able to squeeze 285's? do you need more traction? are the 275's too narrow for you?

IT's more for just the look (width)

the 275s provided awesome traction for anyone concerned.

I could see using 285/30/18's in the rear but anything taller or wider will definitely rub. Even the 285/30 may have slight rubbing issues depending on the offset of your current 10" wheels and the spacers you have installed.

At stock ride height with Apex Arc-8 18 x 10 25mm offset wheels and fender roll I run 285/30/18 A6 Hoosiers....no rubbing. 285/30 Hoosiers are about .5" wider/.7" shorter than 275/35 Dunlops. Going wider than 275 or not is going to depend on ride height and spring rate. The location where the bumper meets the fender above the tire is the pinch point...but that can be altered

Ya, you could probably fit wider with even more fender mods, but my friend can literally just slap a 305 on his 11" wheel and put it on his lowered z3m without any rolling or modification. So jealous.

I was looking at Exdus' Z3M car in a photo yesterday, and couldn't believe the size of the rubber he was running. Damn! Yes, jealous!
