Already had it done on 2 S54s so I won't be the first. But there is a great improvement. I should have done a video or a set of pictures before. I will just do it in the spring when I send mine out.

EDIT: found a picture.

Agreed. You would want to leave some room for material expansion/contraction between hub and disc.

I've also noticed the disappearing of the infamous "3k rpm vanos rattle" as well after the Beisan disc installation. Although, I also did the other Beisan stuffs (rattle and seals kits) at the same time.

Appreciated, and I don't mean to knock Beisan at all, but there is a bit of variance with the thickness of the exhaust
hub tabs, some may be more worn than others, without Beisan actually having the exhaust hub I am sure that they just drill the disks all the same diameter, so some will have more play than others.

The RRT tabs don't look welded on. They created a machined piece that bolts to the factory hub base. If they were welding, it would have been easier and cheaper to go the TT route. I'll double check with them on Monday.

They do have them on a few track M3's for a while now.

Does not look welded on from that picture. I too went the besian disc and multitude of other refresh offerings for the s54 by them and I must report that things are now quiet as heck. Needs a few more miles on it to loosen everything up.

Sadly I did not make the 60 day return/refund service.

Try giving them a call anyway, I was over too and they still took mine
