Proper M Coupe offsets for ARC-8s?

Thinking about the ARC-8s, initially I was told 18x8.5 ET38 front and 18x9.5 ET35 rear, and that I could run up to a 12mm spacer in the rear, but have also been told to go et 22 in the rear. Is this effectively the same thing and would avoid the spacer? Is the et22 less concave?

I'm running 18x9.5 +35 front and 18x10 +25 rear with my ec7's 245 front and 265 rear Dunlop z2's and I am pretty low, and no issue fitting

2006 BMW Z4M  [8.50]
2003 BMW Z4 3.0i  [9.00]
Go with the 9.5ET22 rear. I have the 9.5ET35 with 12mm spacer because the ET22 wasn't available back then.

The direct fitment on the Z4M would be the 18x8.5" ET38 and 18x9.5" ET22 ARC-8's. Both the 18x9.5" ET35 and the 18x9.5" ET22 have the same concave face, but the 18x9.5" ET22 fitment would allow you to have a spacer free rear fitment that is more flush to the fenders.
