BC Forged BX05 - Your Opinion

So, I'm strongly considering getting these:

For my red MCoupe, so I did a quick photoshop of them on a pic of a similar car:

What do you guys think? I'm thinking gunmetal...

(Here's a pic on an M6 too)

Thanks,
GT

Hey Stig! I've always loved your hellrot z4 coupe. Totally respect your opinion on looks. What don't you like about the wheels?

I'm not keen on them either, I think they stick out too much (convex); I prefer the concave look.

I think they're crazy, and I like them. Wouldn't go for bigger than 18s though

I guess I see concave everywhere... and I've never seen a set of actual convex rims, much less a pair that look bad ass. I was looking into a set of Forgestar F14's in the Super Deep Concave, but I'd have to do mods to the front for them to fit and... I'm not sure it would really feel like the car was set apart... just what I'm mulling over right now... Then I have to pick between Silver and Gunmetal...

What's your thoughts ZStig?

Agreed...Hate the "rubber band" tires on larger wheels. Unfortunately, I don't believed these come in 18s I'm tempted too if they did.

I was wondering what is the finish on your rims in this pic:

Is that gunmetal, brushed black?

Thanks,
GT

depends on how much they weigh. Anything over 25lbs and you'll feel the slow down

Way too bulgy and a very busy look.

Actually the wheels was sandblasted. No filler was used to get a smooth finish. Painted in A08 Silver Grey color from E46.
