Tires for Z4M

What, if any, are the most comfortable / softest riding tires for the Z4M?

Just curious. TIA.

1. This thread would be better placed in the "Wheels and Tires" section.

2. What size tires? What size wheels will they be going on?

3. What kind of tires... summer, all-season?

4. What's your budget?

5. If comfort and a soft ride are your main priorities, you have the wrong car.

Relax, nmulax.
You are probably looking for all season tires as they should improve the ride. I agree with Nmulax though, the M is not about the ride(although the M rides better on its standard tires than the si with its RFT's)

If yo really want to get a softer feel, you"d be better off changing out the springs and shocks.

Thanks guys for all the responses. I know that the M doesn't ride like a a caddy and I don't want it to. I'm looking for a set of all seasons so I can drive the car more than 5 months out of the year. I would also like the tires to be compliant, because the Chicago roads are not good. If I'm not tracking the car right now, why not?

I'm using the Hankook V12s and would buy them again. I like buying tires that are inexpensive but perform overall quite well, esp. for wet conditions, as occassionally that is important. I also like buying cheap, as I find that as tires wear they don't handle as well, and I'd rather switch out tires more often than run on tires that are parly warn for a longer period of time.
