M5 wheels on Z4?

I have a set of e60 M5 wheels. 19" et12 / et28. tires are 245/35-19" Front
275/30-19" Rear. think these would fit???

I think the original ET for the Z4 is around 47... so they will not fit!

Would they fit on a Z4M?

19x9.5 rear with et 28 and 19x8.5 front with et 12.
Rear is 285/35/19 Front is 255/40/19
