Best way to sell the Coupe?

Got a fully loaded Z4 Coupe AT. When would be best time to sell this type of car, or trade up to something more boring and every day? Have paid quite a price for it and seemed to have depreciated enough to be looking at nice hit. But I want to come out without big loss so if someone have some useful tip on selling a car like this would much appreciate it! Or suck it up and take a hit?

ps. Car is in great shape etc but I need to sell to get an suv as im planning to do a bit of forrestry work and have no space for 2nd car.

Keep it. The biggest car mistake I ever made was selling my first Z4M three years ago.

You'll get the best price if you sell private party, as opposed to trading it in to a dealership.

Do you have maintenance records? Is all the service and scheduled maintenance up to date and documented? Buyers will usually be willing to spend a little extra to buy a car with documented maintenance history rather than the same car with no records.

Get the car detailed or wash it yourself really well. Take lots of pictures, more than you think you need.

Those are the two biggest things people will look for. Then just make sure you get it as much exposure as you can.

Unfortunately the best time to sell a car like this is in the spring or early summer.

Best time to sell it is when you have someone interested in buying it, IMO. This car is on the extremes of the "practicality vs. emotional response" spectrum.

+ 1 on private party and spring/summer

Try listing online to see if you get any bites.. A buddy of mine referenced Autotrader and the alike sites when he was in the market for his Z4M. Though it may be winter weather in most places, it's still 100+ degrees here in SW U.S.
