UUC transmission mounts w/ enforcer cups: install and opinion.

UUC had a 15% off deal this past weekend and I bought their option 1 transmission mounts with enforcer cups. Installed them earlier this week, took about 2 hours all told. Longest part was fighting to get the thing back into place.

Pain in the ass to install because of the limited space on the passenger side, not to mention the general lack of room under the car when it's on ramps.

If I had to do it all over again I would take it to the shop and have them do it. They probably could have done it in 30 minutes or less

That being said, I do feel an improvement in the overall shift feel. Seems much cleaner, there isn't as much of a mushy feeling. Gates seem more distinct.

Definitely recommend them for anyone looking to improve the shift feel.

My UUC trans mounts split in half within 10K mikes. I'd recommend checking for cracks from time to time.

Not sure about the black ones, but the UUC reds seem to be water soluble.
You may want to reroute your A/C drain.

Yeah I read about the red ones. Nothing I could find about the black ones. Will keep an eye on them
