Is it possible to check convertible top drain holes with a borescope?

I've got a borescope. I know that you can check the drain reservoirs/holes by pulling the whole top, but can a borescope be used to check instead? Where exactly are these located?

Not sure if you can get to the top of the holes with the top installed.
Can you go up from the bottom?

Shipkiller's pdf says "You can see the inlet of the drain if you peek with your flashlight in the space where my finger is:"

I've been thinking about putting the top 1/2 way down, clearing as much space to the top hole as possible, and then blasting some compressed air from the bottom and see if leaves fly out.
I'm parked under a Jacaranda. It has little tiny fern-like leaves that get into everything.

Shipkiller's instructions worked well when I cleared mine. You'll want to remove the back wheel on the side you are clearing, put the top down and pour water down through the drain to flush it. You can also use a vacuum or your fingers to clear the drain at the bottom.

Wait, so you can access the top of the drain with the top down but still in the car?

I think Shipkiller said you can see it with a flashlight.
"Access" may be to strong a term.

On the side that counts (driver's side, where the top motor is) you can't access the drain hole from the top, the motor sits above it and blocks it from view and from getting to it. If you don't have particularly large hands you can pull the plug from the bottom (jacking it up somewhat helps, no need to removel the wheel). Once you've done that you can stick some tubing into the pipe from the bottom and blow the debris out the top.

On the passenger side it is possible to see the drain hole from the top with a flashlight while the top is down.

Second this. I was also able to use a spring-loaded pick-up tool that I bought at Sears to reach down into the hole and retrieve a few dry leaves that were in there:
