If you live in Canada, maybe. Being a Southern car where it's hot 9 months out of the year, it makes sense why the original owner spec'd it like this. No frills. Also (thankfully) no Nav.

I am owner #5 and have maintenance history going back to 2012. Some of it is verbal, from the previous owner who kept the car for 10 years and drove it for 10k miles. He bought it from a friend who only kept it a few months and decided to sell because his wife wouldn't drive it.

In addition to normal maintenance (fluids, etc), the guy before me replaced the windshield washer pump in 2017, starter in 2019 and battery in 2020. The rest of the maintenance history (anything during my ownership) is in the original post.

Not sure if a a valve adjustment has been done. Rotors must have been replaced because they look pristine and just measured them today at around 28.5mm thick which is what they would measure when new. Minimum thickness for those according to BMW would be 26.4mm.

Taking the car off the market, may decide to relist at a later time. Will keep enjoying for now. Thanks everyone for your interest.
