Pretty clear you have no intentions of doing anything but trade it in. Your lazy "write up" of the car proves so. Gives some details about the car, write a short history of your ownership and services done, tell about any problems the car had or has, post better pictures, and simple just do a half decent job trying to sell it. I wouldn't give your car a second look after seeing your unenthusiastic for sale post. If I had to assume, you're also unenthusiastic about your car and the condition and service history probably suffered...

I'm sorry to go as well. Moving to Back Bay area of Boston from SoCal and it just doesnt make sense to pay 300-400/month for parking for a car I'll only get to use 5-6 months out of the year. It has been tough to accept. To console myself, I bought the x5 5.0i w/the twin turbo v8.

the dealer offered me 24k for it. private party price will depend on whether or not the exhaust is included.

I have been the only owner. I drove it off the floor of the BMW dealership with 150 miles on it. All service done at BMW. All inspections completed prior to warranty expiration. It gets waxed every 3 months and has always resided in a garage.
