Super Deep Concave ... teaser

Just had my new set of Varrstoen MK1's installed today, but haven't had a chance to clean the car and shoot it yet.

Here's a teaser!

That's about like a woman hiking up her dress for Ray Charles. I can't see a thing.

Can't wait to see how your new wheels look, Torch.

Hah, sorry for dragging this on. I promptly drove the car over to the local Coliseum where it's parked at a car show all weekend. The spacing is tight in there, but I will try to post a shot tomorrow.

And, I never properly posted some pics of the wing I bought from R0MEO last year. He had great taste in the way he had the wing painted:

Looks great! Hankook must have changed the side profile on the Ventus V12 Evo 2 since I bought mine. I have 265's on my 10" wide rears and they look more stretched than yours do, however it can just be the pictures.

Thanks guys!

Westersund , I was wary about how much stretch there was going to be. I realized that I was going to need a bit of it due to the wheel width, but wanted as little as possible. So far no rubbing whatsoever.

Wheels look great in the light. That's a lot of tire in the back. I didn't know we could run 10.5's. Did you Photoshop these wheels awhile back next to a train?

Maybe your V12's have the lip protection? Mine doesn't. I like it more the way it looks on your wheels, looks a little "naked" on mine.

I've seen a couple sets of 11", but even at 10.5 the wheel is sitting out beyond the lip of the fender, just slightly. That's why I opted for 265's so ensure I wouldn't get into rubbing issues.

I did photoshop a very similar (identical?) wheel by the train, it was a Rotiform Nue. These Varrstoen's came with better offsets, are lighter and cost less!
