Sticky steering
Read some articles about drilling and installing grease fitting in steering column for hot sticky steering problems. Found them on bimmer forums, does anyone have link for that fix here on zpost? The fix seemed to work for many many people.

I've recently had this issue with my Z4. The first time it happened I contemplated pulling the car over and finding a ride home. It felt like one of the wheels was coming off. Scary stuff.
Now that I know what it is, I've gotten use to it somewhat. I'd still like to fix it, but the issue only presents itself when the car has been baking in the sun all day at temps north of 85-90... rarely where I live. Still, I'd love to learn more about the fix.

Link to what? The Bimmer Forums thread describes exactly what needs to be done to install a grease fitting, and is discussed in great detail by many people who have done it. In fact, that thread is the first thing that comes up if you search on the subject. What else were you hoping to find?
