Front Euro License Holder

Does anyone know where to get a front euro license holder like in this image? My car came with a body-color beveled front license mount like this for a USA tag. In NC, we aren't required to run a front plate, so I have a custom euro tag. I plan to get my front bumper touched up and resprayed, and would like to get a color matched euro mount like this done at the same time.
