Problem with battery and alternator...

The day before I was going to sell my car for a z4m or e89, my car throws up the flat tire/dsc/brake squeel lights and I found out my positive terminal was loose causing my alternator/VR to fail (buying a new one since its 140k old). Its been a maintenance nightmare..

1. I see the pins might be broken? on the left side, I don't see an inside connector.. might be blown out? is this normal and how would I replace the connectors?

2.I also over tighten the negative on part 2 and can not find a replacement.. Do i have to reterminate the negative to a new clamp style?
