Water In My Oil

Went to the states came back and drove my cars noticed I had a leak from the bottom wear the cover is checked it it had a oil water mix feel to it..so checked my oil and it had water in it...looks like either a head gasket has gone bad or my valves any ideas i really don't trust the dealer here but we only have one in this area...i only have about 36000 miles on her. Now I hear a knocking sound from the engine bay

DO NOT DRIVE IT!!!!!

i had something similar happen on an e30, and the fucking thing pushed a rod through the engine block into the hood, locked up the rear wheels and spun me off the side of the road . The smell and smoke in the cabin was the worst part.

Now that thing has an s52 in it

You found an oil leak rubbed it an it was watery? That's what your explanation sounds like, in which case you are obviously over reacting.

If you drained the oil and it had water in it, which would be obvious (no "feel") then yes you need to worry, but this doesn't sound like what you did.

Okay let let me try and explain it better I had a leak under the car right in the middle at first I though maybe hose cracked..but she's never over heated...then when I touched the fluids that ran onto the ground it was clear like water but had an oily feel, so I opened the radiator cap and my water was at the minimum level but i noticed inside the cap it was dry chalk like...then I looked inside the bay and there was water or something inside on the black plastic cover that sits under the engine...woke up this morning and no more leaks or spots on the ground...so i took out the dip stick and the oil dripped off like it had water in it....so what do you guys think...i'm think 1500 bucks....

Sounds like your car overheated and blew all the water out the expansion tank. Take a picture.

Next refill your expansion tank and start the car, is it bubbling or smoking? No? You're probably fine.

Finally if you really think you blew the headgasket then drain the oil in a container and let it settle in a glass. If there's enough water in it for it to "drip like it has water in it" then there will be enough water to be obvious.

Most likely though you just overheated the car or the thermostat got stuck or something and caused it to boil over and you're just imagining thing with the oil.

UPDATE..UPDATE...

Okay I will get my car back in 24 hours can't wait..she will get her new paint job after she got scratched pics will follow....I also started having problems she was leaking....turned out to be the expansion tank...so I asked them to check it it was cracked..so they replaced it and then they said the pulleys are bad so they changed them and all the other parts that would go into that area..and I ALSO broke my turn signal..totally my fault.....okay after all that $1600 bucks.....I was like are you fucking kidding me.....I almost cried....no they did not change the radiator or water pump..but they suggested I should....I laughed in their damn faces......hard....I got on Bav auto and priced the water pump, and some other parts they suggested I should change..to include a new radiator and high performance water pump..$600 bucks total..looks like I will be getting the dude down the street who fixes my wifes van......I know you gotta pay a little more to roll ya bimmer but OMFG.....Japan is a rip off but i refuse to drive a toyota....and I love my Z4.....
