I'm the second owner. First owner said he kept up with all services, but he doesn't have the recipts.

When I got the car (70K miles), below are the things I did. I have all recipts.

Mechanical

New front tires (Sumitomo HTRZ III) @ 70117 miles
New control arm bushings @ 71238 miles
Replace valve cover gasket @ 71339 miles
Oil change @ 72962 miles
Replaced engine air filter @ 73012 miles
Replaced front brakes/pads with Brembo parts @ 74717 miles
Replaced brake sensors @ 74717 miles
Brake Fluid Service @ 74717 miles
New rear Blistein HD shocks @ 75774 miles

Cosmetics

New M ZHP Shift knob
New LeatherZ Shiftboot
New e-brake handle
New driver, passenger, trunk carpets
New wiper blade
Stubby Antenna
Black grills
Cup holder delete, replaced with panel covers
Two New Ultimate cupholders
Replaced one Halo bulb
Replaced ashtray
Replaced left license lamp
Replaced center console housing cover
Recharged A/C with Freon

Exterior 8/10

This is probably the only manual Z4 Coupe for sale in California. It is smogged, and tags are good till April 2015. Technician already inspected the car and found no problems when I replaced the shocks. I pretty much replaced/fixed all old parts. However, you will need new rear tires soon.

Still gets 20/30 mpg, engine strong, a/c cold, very fun to drive. Steering is awesome with the hydraulic system. Not to mention it is a semi-rare car. Currently around 77K miles and it is my daily to work (10 miles/day)

I still owe money to the bank. So either cash for me to pay it off, or you'll have to deal with my bank.
