^^^^Difference between U.S. and Canada my friend.

Also that link will likely take your hard earned money and then tell you in a few days you need to wait for the next shipment from Europe

Took mine off, fixed some of the tabs, sanded them down with 800>1000>1500>2000 and then had them painted with some generic spray paint from Home Depot. They look pretty good but the tabs broke again :/ so probably just gonna replace the whole thing.

Yes. Buttons are separate parts. It does include all of the trim pieces however.

Before spending money on new pieces, wraps or whatever, I would simply pull off the pieces and scrub them down real well. That worked for me.

I'm trying to do the same to my z4. Did you have any trouble fitting that bottom plastic trim piece to the z4 m wheel? I realized that the stock z4 wheel trim piece and the z4m trim piece are slightly different and might cause figment issues.

If my memory about this is correct, I believe there is a small plastic type of fin in the back side of the bottom front piece that I trimmed back just to make sure it wasn't pressing on the leather. Other than that it wasn't too hard to do,
