URGENT! WTB Catted Section 1 & Steering Wheel

Hey all, so I finally got my car to the NY salvage inspection this Monday. It passed everything except for the steering wheel because it's an aftermarket w/ quick release and doesn't have an airbag.

In order to pass, I have to buy a brand new airbag and I also need a used wheel to put it on. From what I've seen looking at realoem, any old z4 wheel will work and the airbags are all the same. I would love to borrow one just for the inspection but I'll buy one too if need be.

The catted section 1 is necessary so that I don't have to rent a uhaul truck and trailer again to get the car to the salvage inspection. If I can get it to pass NY safety and emissions inspection then I can get a temporary transport permit to drive it. The car currently has euro headers, supersprint catless section 1, section 2, and remus mufflers. I'm also wondering if I should just have a shop weld in universal cats on the SS section 1.

I'm quickly running out of good weather, so let me know what you've got!

the euro headers on your car are a very desirable mod!!! now... i have a very low mile PERFECT set of euro cats , why you need euro section 1, is for the ability to run the rear 02 sensors with gives you a OBD compliance.
i have a euro section 1 with 11.5k miles, its perfect, not a blemish and a very good price. sell your SS section one and recoup some money back, but don't cut up perfectly good SS section 1 which will be worth decent money and easily sellable. Go for the best and cleanest solution.. which is the euro section 1, they are rare as hell and don't come up often, infact like twice a year, as the euro guys tend to do cat back exhausts.

I have a steering wheel without multi-function buttons (from my 2003) if you're interested (located in NYC).
