ARC8 Hyperblack damage

The wheel from a Ford F130 made contact with my front ARC8 hyperblack rim last weekend in St Louis and left a rubber smear and some rim rash right along the outter lip. Any ideas on how to remove the rubber without futher damaging the finsh? Also, how can I buff out the rim rash for the best effect to tone down the damage?

Might need wheel repair if it's decent amount of damage. Otherwise, just buy one wheel. Cheap enough lol
