It can last up to 10 years, depending on weather conditions.

I was afraid of scratches too. I had the vinyl done 4 months ago, and have no scratches. Smaller ones do disappear after the car has been sitting in the sun.

Wow! Looks great!

So, you're saying the sunlight/heat "heals" small scratches?

Correct. As long as they're not too deep or no rips in the vinyl, sunlight or heat gun will fix them. The biggest problem with matte black is finger prints, every time i park my car on the street, there's hundreds of them when i come back.

Been contemplating a chrome wrap or matte white. How has it been holding up to hand washes?

Nicely done. Haven't seen a chrome wrap yet on z4, interesting to see a chrome blue.

Does the wrap add somewhere between 20-30lbs to the car?
