Dubbedown - I have the cluster and all other parts needed as well for a swap. The tune from ess was for the headers and I also will have for sale my custom section 1 which I had fabricated by Mufflex in NJ. I had the same setup as Pal, the csl headers with relocated bungs/egt on the oem section 1 cats. I had no CEL with this setup.

personally saw the motor/car this weekend. this is a heck of a deal for anyone interested. no damage to the front of the motor (all pullies had clearance from the front bars.)

I haven't read of any ESS 3.0i cars with subframe problems, and TS2+ cars produce more torque and horsepower than stock M cars.

Thank you for the offers but a 2007 motor with only 28k has a bit more value than $3,000...if this was out of a 2002 m3 with 50K mileage it would make sense to sell at that price.
