Selector Levers...
The chrome strip on my selector lever is starting to peel by the button and I'd like to replace it with something different. I noticed some 2.5i models have an all-leather version. Would that fit on a 3.0si? I'm not even sure if it's still available these days, but noticed the E46 has a similar one (Part #25167533347). Are these compatible?
What other options do I have for an automatic selector lever? Any other BMW models have compatible levers? Aftermarket recommendations? Thanks.

I am not 100% sure that this will work on an E85, but it worked great on my E83 (X3)
Part #: 25167533347. Do a Google search on this number and you can see images and places to order. It is an E46 auto shifter with just black leather, no chrome stripe. Really liked it in the X3. Steve |

Update: I ended up purchasing the E46 knob after an ECS Tuning rep said it would fit. Well, it did and didn't. The rod was too long, so I had to swap it with the one from my car.
