Anyone from Las Vegas going to spring mountain track?
I am going to spring mountain this weekend. Never been there.
Just wondering if any z4 member here is going there? |

I've been there a few times. It is one of the nicest tracks out west. VERY technical, depending on which side of the track you'll be using. They use lights instead of corner workers...pretty cool once you get used to it.
This is probably the best time to go, before the temperature reaches triple digits regularly by 10:00am.

I ran the Hunts course last year on my RC-1s. They're just like NT01s but with less tread squirm when new, and like NT01s they grip until they cord...I've now done half a dozen days on the RC-1s and they're still holding up well. Best part is, they're easy to control and gives you plenty of warning before they let go...And they let go progressively. Excellent tires if you're in a DE environment and aren't chasing that last 10th of a second, and handles heat cycle surprisingly well. And they last and last and last...
