BMW Recall - Something for heaters

I just got the letter today for my N51 E93. Joy.

no light or anything, just unplugged and zip tied with close by harness.

just reached in and unplugged, nothing to remove.

Just was at the dealer to get the latest "fix" for the 22V-119 PCV Heater recall. It's an addition of a fused lead to the heater's wiring. Asked the BMW service writer where it was. He got a mechanic to show me that it can't be seen..."it's buried under the control module" he says. I comment, so if it blows, I'll never know it...he says "right".
