Cheap Plasti Dip Actually Exist??

Hello,

I have heard about Plasti dip as low was $1.53, but never see it anywhere. I know the prices at walmart, amazon, ebay, lowes, etc.. anyone know where the cheap dip is at?

Local Home Depot... Usually less than $5 a can for a variety of colors/shades.
