Are these the factory bumper rivets?

As I was putting my newly painted bumper reflectors back in last night I dropped one down in the bottom of the bumper. So, I took out a few of the rivets and jammed by hand in there to get it out.

Anyway, the rivets didn't function exactly as the bumper-removal write ups outlined.

So, are these the factory bumper rivets? The bumper cover has been replaced, so it wouldn't surprise me if these are not OE.

There are 2 types being used as I had recalled. The picture you've shown is one of them. The other type being a push-in center pin

Yea, from what I can deduce, they changed them at some point. I had one style on, and ordered extras for when I removed my bumper. What I got were slightly different. Both seemed to work well - not sure why they made the change. Probably a consolidation across model line effort.

All very helpful - thank you!

What would we do without all the Ron knowledge out there? Between him and the Pelican write ups, I'd say I've had about 75% of all my questions covered.
