Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh my car is such a disaster right now.

That part is easily dented...i did it myself when i first got the car and wasn't so good at the clutch when trying to park it. Didn't realize the nose was quite so large on the car.

ive got so used to parking far as hell that when i was driving with my mom this weekend in her range i parked in like the back parking lot and she was like WTF are you doing

This morning my garbage men left the pales right on top of the back of my car. left two wonderful new scratches.

my car is parked in the garage/driveway but i dunno what goes on when its in the city or on the street... i will pass up spots if theyre too small so someone doesnt back into but clearly it makes no difference

i have no idea when it happened... i just noticed it on saturday after my ride down to MD... only other thing could be that something hit the car on the highway but i dont remember hearing anything :/

I hate when people do that...i once was in the car about to start the engine when i noticed people put a box on it and were taking a knife to break it down. I got right out and yelled at them. What the heck were they thinking, and why didn't they do THIS on their own car?

Lana... insurance? assuming your deductible isnt too high. Any pro/dealer recommended shop would charge 400 for paint alone for the front bumper.

Speaking of amazing weekends. I've had a mixed bag. Met an awesome girl Friday night at the club and spent 2 hours talking to her last night! AWESOME!

My car... guh... spent 3 hours corner balancing my car and I still need to do more adjustment. At least its not rubbing anymore...
And as far as amazing weather goes... THEY BROKE MY ROOF!! It would NOT open... ARGHH!! IT WAS SUCH AN AWESOME WEEKEND TOO!!

Just dropped off the car and... AWESOME!! I GOT A 128i TO BOOT AROUND IN!!

w00t w00t! I'm killing those tires before I give it back... LOL... I was doing peel outs at red lights all the way to work.. hahaha!

ehhh honestly i may just go to a paintless dent removal guy... the paint isnt chipped anyway... plus i think im getting my roof sprayed black- the vinyl is a disaster... i guess since im keeping it forever, whats the big deal if i hurt the resale due to painting a diff color :/

why not save up and get a CF roof?

Ewww! The purpose of CF roof is weight reduction not looks! I have no problem with a custom paint job but just a black roof?

Of course, it's your car to do with as you wish!

yea the CF roof does not even create that much of a difference. Its almost there more for the look anyway, especially on a car like this where the roof weight reduction on the CF piece is next to nothing.

I'm still a bit cheesed about not being able to put the roof down over the weekend. Feels like I missed out on one of the last warm weekends of summer.

But I'll just beat the crap out of their 128i as much as I can! I did a bunch of donuts with the 328i they gave me last week. I feel lucky just getting a 1 series to boot around in considering how few the dealership has in their courtesy fleet and how they're always being booked for test drives. The other time I've been lucky was actually getting a 335i a year ago.

I guess I'm also getting my money's worth seeing as nothing is under warranty anymore. But still a free courtesy car! Hard to complain.

Lana... gonna paint it flat black or glossy black? My vote is to make the roof a flat black.
