Yes. You'll need to pull the red tab on the left side of the trunk next to the turn knob. If it won't unlatch electronically from the windshield, you can take off the tab above the rearview mirror and manually unlock the top with an Allen key.

Also depends on why the motor stopped working. If due to corrosion, eventually the free flow mechanism that's engaged by the trunk tab stops working as well, as was the case the second time mine went bad.
