dreaded 3 plus cruise control

I remember reading on here some where that one of the rear speed sensors will cause the brake lite, DSC and the other lite to come on plus my cruise control won't work. Can any one tell me huh side? My Speedo works fine.

Common culprit to check first is the battery. From there, I'd get or borrow a BMW code reader. It might a module or a sensor, but without a diag tool, it's going to be like fumbling around in the dark.
