Coolant Flush?
I went through the Z4 warranty and maintenance booklet, I noticed the 4 year 50k miles manufacture maintenance package does not include a coolant flush. Stating the coolant is a "lifetime coolant", and no change is necessary.
I just did the 55 point inspection at my dealer (Parkview BMW in Toronto), they recommended a coolant flush. Is this normal? or should I throw the book at them and tell them to replace the coolant under warranty? |

You should flush your coolant every two years....I've never heard of a "lifetime coolant" but I'm not surprised with BMWs free maintenance or lack of....
