Is it possible to fit the 328 aftermarket intake to E85 Z4?

I was wondering if this could be done since they are both N52 engine. What else needs to be done other than take out the air box filter? Any thoughts?

Why would anyone want to bin the OEM air-intake system? It is superior to anything aftermarket that is currently available.
