Vanne's CSL airbox build..
The final piece was the snorkel, which I payed for initially, 450 euros, plus shipping.. then I get a completely different snorkel including a K&N air filter, and then I have to pay another 100 euros and shipping to return the wrong snorkel.. unbelievable.... the product is awesome, the customer service is worse than in the toilet... terrible...

Thanks for the positive comments guys, makes a lot of diff, esp when your halfway through a mod..
Snork by itself.. Thanks JD, yeah I got Randy on the case mate, hes top notch with his tune. I gotta find a few cool days to do the install, currently being around 50C outside isn't helping. Thanks Digs, hope your right mate Dalecan, mate, it aint cheap, I payed close to 2K Euro for the intake and another 600 Or so for the Snorkel. (that's including shipping), add another 1100US for Randy's Tune and remote tune box, and then another 100US for the BMC filter, and around 250US for all the /other/ bits and pieces that go along for the install.. so that's.. 350+1100 =1450US 2600E = 2900US --------------------- 4350US and I have to install the puppy still.. So yeah, quite pricey.. but man, it is sexy... and .. its my last mod... (not counting cutting open the headlights, and making the inserts Gunmetal grey, and halos)

okay day 1 of my 2 weeks holidays and thought id better get going..
currently reading out the ECU with Epic'ss tool and software, (pics to follow) taking a crazy 75 minutes… for power source insurance using our other car. Thanks asirvr4, probably would have gone and done that without our other car, to end up in corrupted data due to a batt fail. Cars hooked up Lappy setup

i cant get a garage door past our company (company housing), but am scheming something up non the less.. gotta… have… airco… garage.. ARGH!!! 48 degrees out there today and the needle was sitting at 110 degrees.. a bit warmer than usual.. normally doesn't really move from 100, but in these very hot days, I've seen it up to 115 degrees.. maybe its time for an oil change.. on another note.. while reading the ECU, also read the fault codes.. i have a solo 2C31, which i think is a O2 sensor.. but the car runs beautifully smooth, the only thing I've seen is a slight increase in oil temp… could one have something to do with the other?

The plot thickens…
Randy from Epic just contacted me and told me my car was already running a modified tune, most notably that the rear O2 sensors had been coded out. Any idea why someone would do this? car rurns absolutely great.. I kinda thought someone had messed around with the tune (BDM) before as when i sheared off the EGT probe (its near the cross pipe on the euro models) there was no CEL.. guess that makes sense now. .. anyways, Randy has worked his magic, resetting the tune and thats next to install, after the actual intake..
