Strong Strut Customer Service
One evening, I decided to re-install my Strong Strut after matching the correct stainless steel acorn nuts. Everything seem to go well until I was ready to torque it down. That is when I noticed I stripped the thread on my driver side hat. I was frustrated with myself. The next morning I email Paul with Strong Strut to get a price for a new driver side hat. Paul reply within hours and tell me to ship the broken hat to Strong Strut and he will fix it free of charge. Within a week, I received an email the hat is fixed and shipped back to me. I didn't even have to pay for shipping.
I want to say Strong Strut customer service is the best I've experience. Strong Strut went way above my expectation with superior customer service. I highly recommend them as a vendor. |

Similar experience here. Needed shims due to MY differences with our car's builds. Issue was resolved super-fast--great follow up, they just hit all the customer service marks. Strong Strut sets a very high customer service bar. They have a solid product as well.
