Buying 2002 BMW 325CI in NJ

Hi All,
There is 2002 BMW 325 Ci Convertible for sale with 90k miles on it. Dealer is not BMW dealer. he is selling it for $9450. Can somebody check Service Record/Carfax history for me please?

Also, i am new to 3 series. what things i need to look for or check before i buy this car? or somebody on this forum lives in NJ and can check car for me. Car is at Miller Subaru 1592 Route 38 Lumberton, NJ.

E46Fanatics.com or Bimmerfest.com (under the E46 section, obviously) have plenty of members in that area that'd surely be able to lend a hand and as they know the cars, they'd be keen on what to watch out for. Dmax is a good guy in NJ (E46F) and several folks on BF are in that neck of the woods.
