Z4 2.5 vs Lexus IS250

Hi there. This is my first post.

Just want to know if any one has had the chance to go head to head with a lexus is250?

Bought a Z4 for my wife and my bussines partner has a IS250. Would like to know who will win.

Not sure what year IS 250 we are talking about but:

2007 Lexus IS 250 0-60 mph 7.4 Quarter Mile 15.6

2004 Z4 2.5 0-60 mph 6.7 Quarter Mile 15.0

Depends on the driver I have seen first hand a 16 second 1/4 mile dodge viper lol

12.2 with someone more traction oriented.

It's the 2008 IS250 SE automatic. I'll be getting my wifes car back end of the month, having the bumper changed for the 2005 more elegant one.

Will post the results on the 1/4 mile as soon as we get the car back.

P.S. does anybody know how to ad photos to a post using the ipad?

You are comparing apples and oranges: the IS 250 would be more comparable to the 3 Series. The Lexus SC430 would be closer in purpose (2 seat convertible).
