Spacers, TPMS, Tires recommendations for OEM CSL wheels

Hi all,

I'm investigating CSL (Euro) wheels for my M coupe. These rims (along with the tires mounted on them) will be dedicated for track purposes only. Some questions:

1) I provided PNs 36112282650 for fronts, and 36112282999 for rears to my local dealer; list prices quoted were $584 and $535 respectively. Fronts would ship from Germany. Do the PNs and pricing look to be correct?

2) What do I need to do in terms of the TPMS? I don't want to transfer stems from the stock rims. Can non-TPMS stems be installed?- I won't need the system to be functional.

3) Will I need spacers to provide clearance? - which I know will depend on tire size- currently considering 245/35R19 for front, and 275/30R19 for rear. See 4 below.

4) I have not investigated tires fully yet. Currently I'm not considering any suspension mods but I am open to doing so. So ideally the tires selected should be compatible with future suspension mods. What are your recommendations on tires and sizes? Tires will be for track only.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

Not sure I understand why you would want to buy genuine CSL for the track? There are plenty of lighter alternatives, with proper offset without needing spacers, which cost much less. Besides, 19" isn't really optimum for track purpose

I'll only answer your spacer question. No spacer in the rear is necessary but you might have to roll the fenders a bit to get zero rubbing on a 275/30R19 tire.

In the front I recommend a 10mm spacer for looks and handling and for clearance of future coilovers. With a 245/35R19 tire you might rub a little bit.
