Received the first piece of the new puzzle today.
Hi, some of you might remember me from my last Z4M build (which I kick myself every day since for selling). I'm building up another Z4M starting this Spring and here are the first pieces of that build. I had BBS CHs on my last Z4M, and wanted to go with CH-Rs this time. However, I saw a pic of these wheels on the internet and instantly fell in love. They remind me so much of the CH-R, but they don't come with the dreadful chrome ring and the concavity is to freaking die for. Anyway, they are Linea Corse LC818 in satin black.
19x8.5 +30, 19x10 +22 respectively, with 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 tires. I purchased this set used, but honestly it looks like everything has around 1k miles on it. Cleaned up they won't look much from new. These are coming from an E46 M3. I won't have any install pics for at least a few months (sorry). I like to do all my parts at once, or as close together as possible, and I'll never put 19"s on a car again without a drop at the same time. I'll probably be going with the H&R coilover setup again as I absolutely loved it on my last car. I am very, VERY happy with the look of these wheels. They are perfect for the car in my mind. Sorry about the crappy pics for now, but hey it's Winter time and that blows. Thanks! Last edited by NickyC; 01-08-2015 at 08:32 PM.. |

Oh hey nice! I think your car was the only other Z4 I've seen with the 818s on it. Quite surprising considering they make them in the E46 M3 fitment and are a good alternative to the BBS CH. They look great on your car btw.

Ive never seen another Z4 with these wheels either. Thanks My setup is for E9x. Originally ET30/37. But Ive had the centers shaved, so current offset is ET34/41.

OK dokee, received a couple more pieces today. I love the BBK look and I have a very special color in mind for the calipers this time around. Anyway, I purchased a nearly new Stoptech BBK for the front (new rotors/pads as well) and got some 996 calipers for the rear. I'm just going to go with new rotors on the rear with the Rally Road conversion kit for the rear (if you want ///M brakes, get in line as I'll be selling all four OEM calipers plus almost brand new front rotors). Even though the rear calipers are Brembos, I'm going to use Stoptech stickers so all four calipers "match". I'm not giving away the color until everything is finished, but I'm really excited to see how it will all look. Spring can't come soon enough!!
