Thanks for loaning your car. I might be one to jump on this instead of a supercharger in the future. The sound of that intake is just too beautiful.

Beedub, check out Custom Performance. They can take a SS connecting pipe and weld in HJS cats (the same SS use). I got mine for over $1k less than the catted SS piece.

I've just got an afe cai but I'm sure it makes same power as stock intake

Was hoping to put it back to stock to get better before and after comparisons but it's 250 miles away so I've left the afe on it

Thank you very much to WOOTS / Adam for dropping his lovely Z4M Roadster in to us!

The prototype air box in raw carbon ready to go in!

We will test fitting very soon but initial studying and measurements show this might just be a direct fit.

We will be dyno testing the car as it is with the AFE intake. We would have preferred a stock air box as this would give us a more fair comparison.

More pictures and updates to follow in the coming days.

What we can tell you all now is that you will require a new oil dipstick and we may need to relocate some small parts.

Overall looks very promising!

I can lend you an OEM air-intake system.

That existing setup, titanium paint, aFe and factory strut braces looks identical to mine. Cannot wait to see results and pricing!
